The relationship between the press effect of clay by explosion and cylinder charge is discussed by a numerical analysis and calculation in this paper. The blasthcle stemming is an important factor affecting the squeeze of the clay. The shorter the stemming length is, the less the effect of the explosive porvers on the explosion cavity radius is.
