The results showed that 0.5 g sample was placed in a 30 mL-dosed vial, heated for 40 min at 90℃ prior to headspace absorption, and then extracting for 50 min with HS-SPME (85 μm PA coating), desorpting for 5 min at 250℃, 88 compounds peaks were detected and 26 compounds were identified. The results are in good agreement with those given by a conventional method. The present method can be used for speedy analysis of volatile substance of medicinal materials with good reproducibility .

采用顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测分析干柴胡药材中挥发性成分,选用聚丙烯酸酯涂层,就萃取时间、温度、体积、样品量、预热时间及脱附时间等条件进行了优化,结果表明, 30mL萃取瓶里0. 5g样品90℃温度下预热40min后,以85μmPA涂层顶空萃取50min,于250℃脱附5min,测得88个峰,鉴定26种化合物成分。方法所得结果与传统提取方法(蒸馏提取法)比较,相对含量较高的成分一致,方法重现性理想,可应用于柴胡药材挥发性物质的快速分析。

Aroma significantly affected by volatiles is one of flavor qualities for cured fish. Results indicated the most volatiles could be captured from cured fish powder in 5 milliliter extraction bottle for 30 minutes at 35 ℃ with the 85μm polyacrylate (PA) fiber. There were 21 volatiles extracted from cured fish, including 4 alcohol and 13 ester. The most abundant volatiles in cured fish were indole-2-one-2, 3-dihydro-6-amino, diethyl phthalate and cis-2-cyclohexen-1-ol-1-methyl, whose relative content was 20.23 %, 13.22 % and 10.97 % respectively.

Solid phase extraction techniques, such as solid phase extraction, solid phase micro-extraction, stir bar sorptive extraction, membrane extraction and vial sorptive extraction, are described and reviewed. Their characteristics and applicability are discussed. The applications of these techniques on the analysis of pesticides and organic pollutants in agriculture and environmental samples are presented and discussed.
