The optimal service life of a mine is discussed theoretically from economic point of view by analysing the cost and benefit. It is proposed the fund provided by the mine itself for reproduction can be regarded as a criterion for determining the lower limit of mine service life. If the best rate of accumulation of national economy is 25%, the optimum minimum mine life can be expressed by the following formulation, i.e.

本文采用成本与效益分析的方法,从经济上对矿井合理服务年限的定量问题,作了理论上的探讨。提出按煤矿自身能够提供再生产所需要的资金,作为确定矿井服务年限下限值的合理性准则。取国民经济的最佳积累率为25%,推导出矿井合理的最低服务年限计算式 T=1n{1-r[DK/(B_m-C_m)ω_1-(ω_2)/((1+r)~t)+ω_3]}~(-1)/(1n(1+r))并编制了计算图。它可作为矿区总体规划和矿井设计时,确定矿井服务年限的依据之一。用这样方法,对兖州南屯等五个矿井进行了实例计算,对一般取值范围下的矿井合理服务年限进行了简要分析。结果认为,通常情况下大中型矿井的服务年限应在40年以上;缩短矿井建设工期,尽快达到设计能力和生产期间尽可能地增加产量,有利于提高矿井生产的经济效益。

This paper discusses the possibility of planning coal face sequence by usinga computer instead of manual operation.The analogue model is mainly a generalmodel which consists of three models of sub-programme representing its basicfunctions,i.e.,selection,regulation and manual interference.Based on this model,the graphs for the feasible proposals and the statistics of annual production ofcollieries can be obtained.

从矿井生产集中化的观点出发,总结了前人对集中化生产单个指标的研究,充分考虑了时间、空间上的集中,提出了衡量矿井生产集中化程度的指标:吨煤成本、运输集中化和回采工作集中化等三个指标。以该三项指标为目标函数,建立了矿井集中化生产的多目标数学模型及其计算通式。运用多目标规划中的层次优化宽容法,定出矿井开采系统的技术方案及其最佳参数,并且,利用最大——最小法得出了衡量矿井生产集中化程度的判别式。
