用Cl—P_(507)—HCl体系柱色层法分离原料氧化铥中铒、镱等稀土和非稀土杂质。讨论了树脂粒度、温度、淋洗剂浓度、负载量、进样比等条件对铥、镱分离的影响,观测到铥、镱之间存在萃取抑制现象。选择合适分离条件,以99.9%氧化铥为原料制备出99.995%的高纯氧化铥产品,其主要稀土杂质铒、镱均小于5μg/g,非稀土杂质铁小于2μg/g,钙小于5μg/g。

考察部分皂化的二-(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯(HDEHP)/C7H6/NaOH/H2O反相微乳液(简称HDEHP微乳液)萃取色氨酸的行为.结果表明,当HDEHP微乳液萃取体系pH值为2-5.89时,色氨酸萃取量随体系pH增大而逐渐降低,当加入金属离子时,色氨酸分子的微结构、萃取微环境被改变,萃取行为被不同程度地抑制,Ca2+对色氨酸萃取的抑制作用显著,Zn2+、Cu2+较弱.
