Objective:To observe the heart p athologi cal changes after thoracic irradiation with different rays.Methods:The thorax of168mice were irradiated with equal effective fast neutron,photon and mixe d beamed,respectively.Results:There were no difference found in the pathologi cal changes of heart after the three kinds of beam irradiation.Conclusion:The radia-tion reactions of the mice heart seem not to be deteriorated after thorac ic irradiation with fast neutron,photon or mixed beams.

目的:观察快中子、光子及快中子加光子混合射线照射小鼠胸腔后心肌的病理改变。方法:168只小鼠被随机分为快中子组、光子组、混合线组(快中子加光子)。分别照射等效快中子、光子及快中子加光子混合射线,每个剂量点均在照射后第3,14和28天分别取6只小鼠断颈处死,开胸取出心脏后用10%福尔马林固定,常规切片HE染色后在光镜下观察。结果:在照射后第3,14和28天,3组小鼠心肌的病理改变基本一致,无显著差异。结论:快中子加光子混合射线照射小鼠胸腔后,不会加重心肌放射损伤,对临床应用混合射线治疗胸部肿瘤有一定的指导意义。

The origins of natural neutron flux on the air-ground interface are described in this paper.A mathematic-physical equation that describes the natural neutron radiation field is theoretically established,in which the natural neutron flux is considered for the fast neutron group(E-n>0.1MeV) and slow-thermal neutron group according to neutron energy.From the equation,the intensity of fast neutron flux and slow-thermal neutron flux is dependent not only on the composition and density of atmosphere,but also on those of soils or rocks,especially, on the water content in soils or rocks.The intensity of neutron flux varies with atmosphere conditions and is inversely proportional to the water content of soils or rocks,which has been verified by the results of measurements on the surface of the Earth.

本文论述了地-空界面上天然宇宙中子流的来源;将天然中子按能量分为快中子组(En>0.1MeV)与慢热中子组,建立了地-空界面上天然快中子流与慢热中子流粒子注量率随空间分布的数理方程.理论与实测结果相互验证表明:(1)地-空界面上天然中子流粒子注量率随距近地表高度的增加而呈指数规律减小;(2)地-空界面上天然中子流粒子注量率随海拨高程增加而呈指数规律增加;(3)地-空界面上上升中子流粒子注量率随地表介质含水率的增加而减少.
