This system not only has normal supervisory, control and acquisitive functions, but also can locate many kinds of faults in power line and get rid of the fault parts.

介绍了铁路10kV自闭线路运动系统的组成、结构、功能、特点及关键技术。该系统完成了“三遥”功能,对供电线路电流电压及零序电流电压交流采样、计算和处理,实现对故障位置估算及故障段的切除。调度软件采用面向对象编程(OOP)技术,建立了开放式的开发维护机制,使软件具有较高的实用性、适应性和可移植性,易于扩展和重构,以适应需求的变化及推广应用。采用WINDOWS人机界面,多窗口显示主结线图、运行参数、开关变位、越限提示以及设备带电状态等;画面可放大、缩小和漫游。可方便地在线修改控制和界面数据库。

This paper presents a successful distribution network automation system in Long Island Lighting Company (LILCO, USA) in which the functions of autosectionalization of faulty sections and autorestoration of non-faulty sections are implemented. Thus, the interruption time of power supply is reduced and the reliability of distribution network is improved. This experience can be used for reference in distribution automation in China.
