It integrates the advantages, such as the high power density characterized by conventional capacitors, the energy density characterized by rechargeable batteries, the fast charge/discharge performance and the long life, thus the component is expected to be a novel power source with high efficiency and practicability. The operating principle and structure characteristics of supercapacitor are different from those of conventional capacitors. It consists of polarized electrode, collector, electrolyte, separator, lead and packing material, and its performances are affected by the composition and structure of each component greatly.

The recent advances of high power low resistance for supercapacitor at home and abroad are reviewed.Supercapacitor is a new type of energy storage component,its properties are between conventional electrostatic capacitor and batteries,such as the high power density characterized by conventional capacitors,the high energy density characterized by batteries.Previous papers reported the development of researches on double layer capacitor with high power and low equal series resistance,analyzed different equivalent models of the double layer capacitor,and found that the most important factors are the choice of electrolyte,the manufacture of polarized electrode,the contact-resistance between polarized electrode and collector,and the packing techniques.This paper will enumerate the effective measures and methods to reduce the equal series resistance of double layer capacitor by the specialists and scholars of domestic and overseas.

综述了国内外高功率内阻超级电容器的最新研究进展。超级电容器是介于传统静电电容器和电池之间的一种新型能源器件,兼有前者功率密度大和后者能量密度高的优点。通过介绍国内外研究的双电层电容器的不同等效电路图,分析其等效串联内阻的形成原理,得出该内阻的主要影响因素为电解液的选取、极化电极的制备、极化电极和集电极的接触电阻以及封装工艺并总结了国内外研究的有效降低该内阻的措施与方法。
