In this paper, the conditions of ion-bombardment for obtaining characteristic patterns of various fibres free from artifacts on sample surface were systematically investigated, and its application to differentiation of fibres of different origin and subjected different treatment were illustrated. It is convinced that the high temperature on polymer local surface produced by ion-bombardment is a main cause of artifacts on sample surface. There are evidences that under a proper condition of ion-bombardment, the characteristic pattern decided by sample materials may be obtained and this method is certainly valuable in investigating fibres with miner structural difference which would be difficult to be discreminated by ordinary electron microscopical method.

本文采用氩及其他气体等离子体对纤维刻蚀,并运用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)观察刻蚀结果。着重对等离子体刻蚀法应用于纤维鉴别、不同纺织加工后纤维结构变化的区分和羊毛角朊结构的理论研究等问题,作一些探讨。刻蚀后的纤维表面出现伪迹,是这种方法用于纤维结构研究中的一大障碍。实验结果表明,控制刻蚀时间,合理选择刻蚀环境的真空度、电流强度等条件,控制刻蚀时的试样温度,可以避免明显伪迹的产生,使纤维表面的刻蚀花纹能够真实反映纤维结构特征。我们获得,纤维的刻蚀花纹所具的特征,可以用来鉴别纤维,分析不同处理后纤维在结构上的微细变化,能够显示出一般电子显微镜技术所不能察觉出的结构细节。

The surface morphology and ultrastructure for the wood fibers of thirteen breeds in three type of animals were research by using the technique of electron microscope in this paper. The observation result were shown that there were unique characteristic for the fibers of different animals and clear difference on the their inner ultrastructure. The observation results also provide a reliable basis for the discrimination of different fibers and the distinguish of the animal\|generic.

本文应用电镜技术 ,对 3个种类 13个品种的特种动物毛纤维进行了表面形态和超微结构的研究。结果表明 ,不同种的动物毛纤维具有独特的表面形态特征 ,在内部超微结构上存在明显的差别。这一结果 ,对各种纤维的鉴别 ,正确的区分动物的种属 ,提供了可靠的依据。

In this paper, 20 different kind of fabric fiber was discussed by Micro IR Spectroscopy. The results show that Micro IR Spectroscopy can discriminate different fibers rapid, accurate and nondestructive.

本文讨论了纤维的鉴别方法 ,并利用付里叶变换红外显微镜光谱法对 2 0种不同纤维进行了鉴别结果表明 ,用红外显微镜光谱法鉴别纤维的种类 ,具有快速、准确、灵敏度高不损坏样品等特点。
