The removal percentage reached 90% for H2S, 90% for VOSC and 85% for benzene homologues. The process is considered to be fit for the control of malodorant emission for waste gas effluent from the waste water biotreatment of refinery.

采用生物过滤法处理炼油厂污水处理设施排放的废气,在处理气量为3m~3/h、装有短纤维泥炭填料的生物过滤器上连续进行了长期试验,每立方米气体、每立方米填料的废气恶臭平均负荷分别达到:苯系物23.59g、硫化氢2.05g、有机硫化物0.56g,净化气中的污染物含量分别低于:硫化氢5mg/m~3、有机硫化物1mg/m~3、苯系物10mg/m~3,脱除率可分别达到:硫化氢90%、有机硫化物90%、苯系物85%。该方法对净化炼油厂污水处理设施排放的废气具有较好的适用性。

以单一的基质为材料,调制成6种混合无土基质,分别为:Ⅰ)3腐熟草质纤维+炉渣+鸡粪;Ⅱ)2腐熟草质纤维+2泥炭+炉渣;Ⅲ)3腐熟木质纤维+炉渣+鸡粪;Ⅳ)2腐熟木质纤维+2泥炭+炉渣;Ⅴ)2泥炭+炉渣+鸡粪;Ⅵ)2泥炭+2蛭石+珍珠岩、Ⅶ土壤。检测分析了混合基质的理化性状,并在北京中国农业大学草地研究所进行草皮卷生长试验。结果与土壤相比,6种基质的容重均低,有机质、有效氮、有效钾较土壤丰富,而有效磷的含量远低于土壤。以木质纤维、泥炭、炉渣为基质Ⅳ的pH值偏酸,为5.37。成卷时(9月14日)Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ的地上部生物量显著高于Ⅶ(常规法)处理,但Ⅱ处理与Ⅶ(常规法)差异不显著;无土基质处理的地下部生物量与Ⅶ(土壤建植)处理差异不显著,从生物量考虑,低成本无土草坪基质均适合无土草皮卷生产,但综合考虑,处理Ⅱ为最佳混合处理。
