It seems very encouraging that the nitrogen content and final boiling point can provide two simple indexes for the prediction of lubricity of diesel fuels.

Diesel-fueled vehicles of all types are the biggest consumers. At the present time, the increasingly strict limits on auto tail gas emissions call for higher-quality vehicle fuels. Therefore, the Standardization Administration of China released its national standard for "Diesel for Vehicles" (GB/T19147-2003) on May 23,2003. This standard came into effect on October 1,2003. The new standard requires a higher quality than light diesel and basically conforms with the Euro Ⅱ emission standard. Sulfur content is limited to no more than 0.05 percent and the cetane number to no less than 49 with the new standard. Oxidation stability is the same the EN590-1998 standard. The new standard also raises the index for lubricating properties of diesel and sets restrictions on diesel density. To defuse the environmental threat posed by the excessively rapid increase of vehicle fuel consumption in the country, China has formulated and will release the economic standards on vehicle fuels. These standards will, without doubt, bring new quality requirements for diesel fuel for vehicles.

以2002年我国商品柴油消费量用途的分类比例看,柴油车用油占22%,农业车用柴油占24%,农业用油22%,渔业用油9%,铁路用油7%,水运用油6%,电力用油5%,其他5%。其中,车用柴油比例较大。而与此同时,日益严格的汽车尾气排放要求有相应质量的车用燃油加以配套。为此,国家标准化管理委员会于2003年5月23日批准公布了《车用柴油》(GB/T19147—2003)国家标准,该标准于2003年10月1日开始实施。《车用柴油》标准是将车用柴油从轻柴油的质量要求中分出来,主要参照EN590—1998“车用柴油”标准,制定比一般轻柴油质量更高,与欧11排放标准基本相适用的我国车用柴油标准。该标准要求硫含量不高于0.05%,十六烷值不低于49,氧化安定性与EN590—1998一致。同时,该标准还增加了柴油润滑性能指标,对柴油密度也作了限制。为缓解汽车燃油消耗总量增加过快带来的能源和环境压力,我国已经制定并将新出台若干车用燃油经济性标准。汽车燃料经济性标准的出台必将对车用柴油质量提出新的要求。

The differences between diesel oil and the vegetable fatty acid methyl ester that was prepared from the residue of rape oil were studied. The effects of the dosage of fatty acid methyl ester on the performance of mix oil were investigated. The results showed that fatty acid methyl ester could not be directly used as diesel oil, for its performances did not satisfy the national standard of diesel oil. 以菜子油油脚为原料制取植物脂肪酸甲酯,考察了该脂肪酸甲酯作为柴油替代燃料在性能方面与柴油的差别;研究了作为柴油添加组分,其加入量对油品性能的影响。结果表明,植物脂肪酸甲酯直接作为柴油使用,其部分物性数据与0号柴油标准指标之间存在一定的差距;作为柴油添加组分,在混合油物性数据满足0号柴油标准指标的前提下,其在0号商品柴油中的最大加入量(体积分数)可达50%。
