In this paper, the forcing model of the active tooth transmission with a few difference of tooths is found for the conjugate curve of a tooth pattern of the internal gear wheel being formed by the active tooths, the shock wave instrument and the guiding slots of the active tooth frame which arc the roller, eccentric wheel and plan, respectively. According to the principle of resistance power and driving power being equal in amounts, the key parameter, the greatest acting force acted on the active tooths by the revolving arm ball bearing of the shock wave instrument is resulted. The mathematic formula of the force distribution of each clinching mates is obtained. According to the experimental result of photoclasticity in paper (3),thc model on strength analysis is found for the active tooth transmission with a few difference of tooths. The formula of strength calculation is obtained for the mainly transmissive compment parts: the fixed internal gear wheel, the active tooth frame and the revolving arm ball bearing. A simple and convenient calculation method is suggested for the practical design.

Some formulae aboutmicro gear mesh model and micro gear parameter computation in micro re- duction were propounded. Based on these formulae,some examples of micro reducers,whose modulus are 0 .0 8,0 .0 6,0 .0 4 ,0 .0 3,whose sun gear teeth,planetary gear teeth,fix inner gear teeth and inner wheel gear teeth are 1 5 ,1 1 ,36and 39respectively,were computed and compared. Based on it,a micro planetary gear reducer whose modulus is0 .0 6was researched and manufactured.

提出了微3K-2型行星齿轮减速器设计中,模数小于0.08的微齿轮传动啮合模型和参数计算公式.并对模数分别为0.08、0.06、0.04、0.03,太阳轮、行星轮、固定内齿轮、旋转内齿轮齿数分别为15、11、36、39的微齿轮进行了参数计算和比较.根据计算结果完成了模数0.06的微3K-2型行星齿轮减速器的研制.该减速器与电磁型微电动机相配,可降低微电动机的转速、减小微电动机的惯量、增大微电动机的输出力矩

In view of the problems with the existing downhole speed reducer, a new drive technique, the parallel moving teeth drive, is put forward. The formula for calculating the transmission ratio and the torque on the revolving members are derived. The examples of calculation show that the new drive is compact and reliable, and it can realize small reduction ratio.

针对石油井下现有传动装置存在的问题 ,提出了新型并联式活齿传动机构 ,主要由输入轴、偏心轮、推杆、固定内齿轮、内齿轮和活齿架组成。在分析单级活齿传动结构与传动比的基础上 ,进而给出了二级和三级并联式径向推杆活齿传动的结构和传动比计算式 ,并以二级并联式径向推杆活齿传动为例 ,推导了各回转构件承受扭矩的计算公式。实例计算表明 ,这种传动机构可以实现小减速比 ,具有传力性能好 ,结构紧凑的特点 ,有着良好的应用前景。
