The results showed that a silver concentrate grading 3 902.1 g/t and having a silver recovery of 77.75% was obtained from a zinc leaching residue containing 523 g/t silver by flotation at a pH value of 5.0 using Na2S as regulator,imxture of butyl xanthate and XY-1 as collector and terpenic oil as frother.
According to the characteristics and operating requirements of water base fracturing fluid, the reaction mechanism of surfactant in water base fracturing fluid was analyzed, the practical effect of additives such as 1227 bactericides, HY-605 discharge aiding agent, SP169 demulsifying agent, anion and non-ionic composite clay stable agent, antifoaming agent and frothing agent etc.
The floatation test of slime by using 5 forms frothing agent was conducted in Jiexiu Coal Preparation Plant. The result is shown that, cleaned coal yield is about 80% when cleaned coal ash content is under 90% ～95% condition through contrast test and primary optimum test.

When injecting foamer solution+N_2 into the homogeneous models at atmospheric pressure (0.1 MPa), the resistance factor measured increases with increasing LH-1 concentration and slightly decreases with raising temperature, being of 5.81, 5.78, and 5.67 for LH-1 concentration=0.5% at 30, 60, and 80℃, respectively;
On Ross-Miles' foaming apparatus,the foaming characteristics are taken for 0.1%, 0.3%,and 0.5% foamer solutions in a SMW at 90℃ and it is shown that the initial foam height is large and the foam height after 3 and 5 minutes are larger with Ych and UT-11B used,which indicates strong foaming capacity and high foam stability of these chemicals while Ych is prior to UT-11B as foaming agent.
In this study, polyurethane foams (PUF) were prepared using alginic acid, glycerin, and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) as polyols, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) as a diisocyanate, and water as a foaming agent by one-shot process.
Polyurethane foams were also prepared by mixing an appropriate amount of the polyols with diphenyl methane diisocyanate, a foaming agent (water), and other additives, and their mechanical properties were examined.
