The influences of joint's geometric parameter, such as cracklength, crack orientation and weld width, on the stress concentration factor and K areinvestigated. The results show the stress concentration factor and K increase with increasingcrack length and its orientation angle with weld width direction.but weld width is of rareinfluence.

采用有限元法对冷轧薄板窄搭接压平焊缝接头力学行为进行了分析;根据平均Missess应力及位移场结果分别计算了相应的应力集中系数及强度因子K,着重考察了裂纹长度、裂纹与板面夹角及接头搭接量对应力集中系数尤其是对应力强度因子的影响.结果表明:裂纹长度和裂纹与板面夹角对应力场有较大影响而搭接量则几乎没有影响.随着裂纹长度的增加,裂纹与板面夹角的增大,应力集中系数与K增加.计算结果为焊接工艺优化及焊缝质量的判别提供了依据.

The application of 12Cr2AlMoV tubes in the overhead heat exchanger of atmospheric distillation unit was investigated. The causes of corrosion were specifically analyzed. It was concluded that off-spec of Cl- (≧200 mg/L) was the major cause of corrosion failure and U type construction and fusion welds of the tubes were the direct causes of erosion corrosion, and corrosion prevention measures were proposed. Although the service life of the heat exchanger was only 20 months, the analysis of the phase change found that 12Cr2AlMoV offered good performances (corrosion rate: 0.36 mm/a) even at higher Cl- content and trouble-free operation period was as long as 16 months which was 8 times that of carbon steel. It was an ideal alternative material.

文章对 12Cr2AlMoV换热器管束在呼炼常顶的使用情况作了跟踪调查 ,对该设备的腐蚀成因作了较为具体的分析 ,认为塔顶冷凝水中Cl-超标 ( 2 0 0mg/L)是其导致腐蚀失效的主要原因 ,其次管束的U型结构以及管端的熔透式平焊缝是导致冲刷腐蚀的直接原因。同时提出了解决问题的方案。尽管该设备的使用寿命仅 2 0个月 ,但从其相变段的情况来分析 ,12Cr2AlMoV在Cl-含量较高的情况下仍具有良好的性能 (腐蚀率为 0 .36mm/a) ,安全运行周期可达 16个月 ,是碳钢管的 8倍 ,不失为一种理想的替代性材料
