A concept of redundant illumination is introduced to ensure the spatial coherent illumination of the imaging element. In order to improve the output, special consideration is posed to phase space matching in horizontal and vertical directions. The designed focus spot size is 50nm, flux output is 109photons/s·0. 1% BW.

软X射线扫描显微术、显微谱学等方面的研究需要有纳米量级的聚焦光斑,在同步辐射光束线建造中实现X射线的衍射限聚焦十分重要。设计采用了具有较高相干通量的波荡器辐射光源,利用衍射光学元件波带板实现近衍射限成象。引入了冗余照明的概念,以保证成象元件的空间相干照明。充分考虑水平和垂直方向的相空间匹配问题,以提高输出通量。设计聚焦光斑尺寸50nm,输出光通量可达 109photons/s· 0. 1%BW。

Based on the experiments conducting at Gurbantunggut Desert and its south oasis of observation stations,the latent heat,Bowen ratio and net radiation have been analysised.The results show that the ratios of the absorbed to the incoming radiation by the underlying surface from Shihezi oasis to the sand area the sensible heat flux and soil heat flux makes up little proportion,which sensible heat shows increasing and the latent heat further inseasing far from the desert.Bowen ratio ranges from 2.0 to 8.9 during...

Based on the normal form of Fokker-Planck equation,the expressions of collision flux,electric field flux and wave induced flux in the momentum coordinates are deduced in consideration of the relativistic effect of high velocity particles for the case of electron cyclotron wave and lower hybrid wave current drive and heating.The form of Fokker-Planck equation in this case can be solved by using numerical method with the computer.The result will contribute the further numerical solving of Fokker-Planck equation...

从一般形式下的Fokker-Planck方程出发,考虑在电子回旋波和低混杂波驱动等离子体电流和加热情况下高速运动粒子的相对论效应,推导了在动量空间下的碰撞通量、电场感应通量、波感应通量等表达式,得到在电子回旋波和低混杂波加入下可直接用于计算机进行求解的Fokker-Planck方程的具体形式,为进一步数值求解Fokker-Planck方程,研究电子回旋波和低混杂波电流驱动和加热提供了条件.
