The results showed: (a) The duration ofoRS wave in aged rats is longer than that in young rats (P<0. of), and the amplitude of oRS wave in aged rats islower than that in young rats (PRO. 05) I (b) The oRS wave frequency spectrum in young rats has two peaks.which can be divided into two types I in most young rats the first peak is larger (13/21), but in few young rats thesecond peak is larger (8/21 ) 1 the aged rats have a similar type of oRS wave frequency spectrum which also hastwo peaks, and the first peak is larger, but the power of >50Hi,>100Hz, >300Hi decreased significantly (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05), and the power spectrum of oRS wave shifts to lower frequency in aged rats. These suggestthat the frequency spectrum of ECG-oRS wave can reflect senility to some extent.

本文报道了老年及青年Wistar大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图QRS波的时程、波幅及频谱特征,并分析了老龄对其时域值及频谱的影响.结果如下:(1)m青年及老年鼠QRS波时程及波幅;老年鼠与青年鼠相比,QRS波时程延长(P<0.01)而波幅减少(P<0.05);(2)青年及老年鼠QRS波频谱特征:青年鼠QRS波频谱图呈双峰型,可分为两型:大部分鼠(13/21只)第一峰大,少部分鼠(8/21只)第二峰大。老年鼠频谱图与大部分青年鼠相似,也是双峰型,第一峰大,但与青年鼠相比,≥50Hz、≥100Hz、>300Hz频率成份功率显著减少(P<0.01或P<0.05).频率能量分布向更低频率段转移,提示ECG的QRS波频谱分析对反映衰老有一定价值.

目的 通过语音频谱分析比较气管食管音与正常语音的差别。方法 应用通用信号频谱分析系统 (USSA)对2 6例气管食管音及 32例正常语音的基频、共振峰、微扰、时域波形及语图进行分析。结果 气管食管音基频范围宽于正常语音 ,微扰高于正常语音 ,共振峰频率能量分布与正常语音相接近 ,时域波形与正常语音不甚相同 ,但气管食管音组内图形存在一定共性。语图各项指标与正常语音差别不大 ,各声学指标明确可见。结论 气管食管音各项声学指标均与正常语音差别不大 ,能满足日常会话需要。

Frequencies components and rhythmicity in EEG are the key research topics of Brain-Computer Interface research. Event-related desynchronisation and event-related synchronization are basic methods to specify the frequency bands of the EEG. Based on neuronal physiology theory of event-related EEG changes, we propose a simple and effective method for visualization of event-related changes in oscillatory brain activity, which is topographic plots of ERD/ERS maps, using the conventional ERD/ERS quantification. We also use a new matching pursuit algorithm with stochastic time-frequency dictionary, the main idea is based upon averaging energy distributions of single EEG in time-frequency plane. Applied for real motor imaginary EEG data, the two methods receive the similar outcome, which can prove both of them are reliable and have different advantages.

脑电信号所包含的频率分量及其变化规律是脑 -计算机接口 (brain computerinterface,BCI)研究的关键之一。事件相关去同步 (event ralateddesynchronization ,ERD) 同步现象 (event relatedsynchronization ,ERS)则是确定EEG频带的基本方法。本文在事件相关现象的神经生理学原理的基础上 ,利用传统计算方法 ,提出简单而有效的ERD ERS波形的拓扑图法 ;并且对比应用基于匹配追踪法的分解参数 ,采用平均时间 -频率能量分布图的方法 ,研究ERD ERS规律。分析实际运动想象脑电MI-EEG时 ,两种方法的结论可以互相验证 ,也体现了各自的优点。
