本文在结构强度有限元分析中,应用计算机半自动设计技术(CAD)建立了车架与前叉组合结构空间刚架力学模型,其中考虑了接触应力的影响。通过电测对有限元分析的可靠性进行了检验,还考虑了可能出现的三种工况,由此,为QE-01型铝合金自行车车架的强度设计提供了理论依据。

A new method of welding has been expected for a long time.In this papers, a new method, called "MAG Welding", for welding the front fork of bicycle was reported. The authors have designed a new suitable welded joint and its reasonable assembling technique. By using the transistor welding power source, manufactured by the authors, and the controlling parameters stability of pulse MAG welding process, a satisfactory welded joint was obtained.A great deal of economic benefit in substituting MAG welding for salt bath dip brazing can be accomblished. By the use of this new method of welding front forks, 1.30 millon kilowatt-hours of electric energy, 32 tons of brass, 400 tons of steel and others can be saved every year (costing 670,000 yuan in total), counted according to 1.60 millon bicycles output per annum of The Tianjin 2nd Bicycle plant.

自行车前叉焊接历来都采用盐浴钎焊,这种工艺弊病极多:如耗电大,劳动条件差,正品率低等。长期以来,人们试图改革未能成功。我们利用自己研制的晶体管焊接电源,采用高效、优质、节能、经济的细丝混合气体(Ar+CO_2)熔极脉冲焊新工艺,通过精心地接头设计和工艺措施,成功地用熔极气电焊取代了盐浴钎焊。这在自行车焊接史上是一件重大的革新。不仅使正品率由75%提高到95%以上,而且有较高经济效益:节约大量电能和铜材、钢材。本研究成果已于1982年12月11日由天津市科委、经委组织鉴定,与会专家们认为此项研究为国内首创,有重大经济价值,建议在全国推广。
