This paper presents the design features of some main accessories used on light-duty natural gas engines in the oilfields in China. The discussion covers IMPCOCA110 gas carburator, ALTRONIC breakerless ignition system, and the safety features of KNG 3200E gas engines, including protective system, oil-pressure safety control, and water-level safety control. Additionally, the author offers some suggestions for the development of natural gas engines.

本文主要介绍国内各油田用的小功率天然气机采用较多的美国IMPCO CA110型气体燃料混合器和ALTRONIC无触点点火系统以及日本KNG 3200E天然气机的安全保护装置、油压低停车装置和水位低停车装置的结构特点及工作原理,并提出有关发展天然气机的几点建议。

阐述了液化石油气 (LPG)燃料的供气方式 ,开发了一种适合 4 6 5LPG/汽油两用燃料发动机的供给装置 ,并对LPG燃料混合器的设计作了说明。利用该供给装置对 4 6 5发动机燃用LPG和汽油燃料的动力、经济性能和排放特性进行了台架试验研究。结果表明 :4 6 5发动机燃用LPG燃料时 ,在最大功率和最大转矩达到原汽油机94 .4 %以上的条件下 ;外特性平均燃料消耗率降低 4 .6 %;在怠速工况下 ,燃用LPG燃料时发动机尾气中的HC和CO排放量比原汽油机分别下降 3 0 .6 %和 4 6 .4 %。展示了液化石油气的应用前景。
