This paper introduces the application of fuzzy control technology in jigger automatic discharge system, and discusses the design method of fuzzy controller.
But the automation of jigs falls behind in china. In the automatic discharge system of jigging, the expectation value of bed depth depends on the manual work, and the simple logical control or conventional PID algorithm used in discharging can not satisfies the bed stabilizing.
In this paper, we designed ash feedback control system by way of fuzzy control technology, including automatic discharge control circuit according to floating mark and trimming circuit which sets the thickness of bed randomly according to the deviation of the ash of the clean coal .
PLC can realize automatic closed-loop control of the discharge system by the sensor to detect the bed thickness of the rigging machine. Meanwhile, the frequency converter controlled by RS-485 communication is adopted to realize automatic discharging of the jigging machine, and also realize real time monitoring, parameter setting and fault alarming of the system by touching screen, thus improving the reliability of the system and increasing the intelligence property of control.
