A new type of fluidized bed boiler with two stage combustion is designed for use in a gas and steam cogeneration plant, featuring low emissions of harmful gases. Because of this it is especially suited for gasification units and central heating plants of small and medium sized enterprises in economically developed rural districts. The authors present the operating principles and design requirements of a two stage combustion system as well as the thermodynamic calculation method of the relevant gasification section. A gasification equilibrium model was set up to predict the gas components with related calculations being performed. The calculation results have been found to be in fairly good agreement with industrial measurement and test data. On the basis of the calculation results and a theoretical analysis effective measures are proposed to rationally organize the two stage combustion.

A model was proposed in order to research gas yield of gasification stage in pyrolysis and gasification treatment process of municipal solid waste ( MSW). Experiment was run on an updraft fixed-bed reactor. The process method, pyrolysis and gasification, was characterized by consuming no external resource, only combusting part of the carbon obtained from waste pyrolysis to provide heat energy for other reactions and produce fuel gas which mainly consisted of methane, CO, H2 and N2. For gasification stage, three typical chemical reactions, material balance and energy balance were considered to simulate fuel gas yield, components, volume, heat value and total heat output. Model results showed the matching principle of the above parameters with waste mass, reaction temperature, reactant(air and H2 O)amount, etc. The study indicates that the best gas yield effect can be achieved when the temperature inside the reactor is controlled within 800-900℃.

采用热解气化方法处理城市固体废弃物,为研究气化段产气情况,建立了物理和数学模型.实验设备采用上吸式固定床反应器,过程不需外来能源供应,热解得到的垃圾碳部分燃烧用于提供整个过程所需的能量,最终通过热解和气化产生以CO、H_2、CH_4和N_2为主要成分的可燃气,热值接近城市煤气.通过气化层3个典型反应和物料平衡及能量平衡,在垃圾质量不变时,得到不同垃圾成分、不同热解温度与生成的燃气各成分体积、总体积及所需进风量及所需水蒸气量的合理匹配.并得出将垃圾热解气化炉的反应温度控制在800~900℃,能得到最佳产气量的结果.
