The pyrolysis light oil is a side-product of the pyrolysis unit in small petrochemical plants. It primarily contains C6~C8 aromatic hydrocarbons as well as a certain amount of non-aromatics (NA). It is difficult to extract the aromatics by simple separating technology because of the presence of NA. 裂解轻油是小型石化企业的裂解副产物,主要成分为C6~C8芳烃。因含有一定量且成分复杂的非芳烃,难以用简单的分离工艺提取芳烃。采用本文介绍的芳构化技术,可使原料中的非芳烃转化为芳烃,然后可用简单的工艺得到分离。此技术已在丹阳化肥厂实施。实践证明,此技术可使裂解轻油得到较好的工业利用,且有明显的经济效益和社会效益,适用于小型石化企业和具有裂解轻油及其类似资源的企业。
