研究了磁分离技术回收从FCC卸出的被重金属污染的废催化剂 ,详细考察了背景磁场强度、介质流量、进料量及分离比例对催化剂分离效果的影响 ,并对用工业磁分离机回收的FCC催化剂进行了裂化性能评价。结果表明 :金属污染程度不同的催化剂只有在一定的条件下 ,才能得到较好的分离效果和合适的磁性物收率 ;工业磁分离装置回收的非磁性剂 ,可替代部分新鲜剂和原平衡剂 ,在不影响FCC装置系统内催化裂化性能的前提下 ,可节约新鲜剂 2 0 %左右 ;与卸出的被重金属污染的FCC废催化剂相比 ,转化率和轻油收率分别提高 2 .2个百分点和 1.44个百分点 ,且选择性略有提高。该技术已实现工业化 ,效益较好
