Cultured experiment and pot experiment were used to evaluate the effects of soaking of seeds with chemical regulators (GA,ZnSO_4,CCC) on the germination,seedling growth and water use efficiency of maize.The result showed that germination ratio (GR),germination index (GI),and dry matter of the maize cultivars of Nongda 108 and Shaandan 902 were enhanced by chemical regulators used;but the response of two cultivars to chemical regulators was different.In cultured experiment,dry matter of Nongda 108 was increased by the rate of 5.02%-40.83%,Shaandan 902 was in the range of 0.15%-33.14%.At the same time,there have different effects of different chemical regulators on the growth of seedling,GA enhanced the height of seedling,ZnSO_4 and CCC enhanced the diameter of maize seedling.In pot experiment,the increase rate of dry matter was in the range of 3.99%-19.66%.Compared to the control,water use efficiency of maize seedling was also increased,Nongda 108 was in the range of 3.68%-19.47%,and the highest increase rate of water use efficiency was 17.12% for Shaandan 902.

 通过室内培养试验和土培试验,研究了不同化控调节剂(赤霉素(GA),ZnSO4,矮壮素(CCC))浸种对玉米种子发芽、幼苗生长及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,化控调节剂浸种可不同程度提高农大108和陕单902两个玉米品种的发芽率、发芽势和幼苗的干物重,其中不同品种的反应存在明显差异。室内培养试验中,农大108和陕单902幼苗干物重的提高幅度分别为5.02%~40.83%和0.15%~33.14%;不同化控调节剂的作用效果不同,其中GA有利于玉米幼苗高度的增加,而硫酸锌和CCC有利于玉米幼苗茎粗的增长。土培试验中,农大108地上部分生物量增加幅度为3.99%~19.66%。与对照相比,农大108水分利用效率的提高幅度为3.68%~19.47%,陕单902水分利用效率的提高幅度为017.12%。
