本研究用0.0498—0.5240 Gy~(60)Co-γ-线照射离体人外周血淋巴细胞,用UPG染色技术分析染色体畸变的剂量效应关系。结果表明:只分析M_1细胞的染色体畸变比常规方法较切实地反映畸变的计数率;在所照的剂量范围内,双着丝粒体加着丝粒环可较好地拟合线性或线性二次方程,无着丝粒断片可较好地拟合线性方程。最后,就低剂量辐射后用双着丝粒体加着丝粒环和无着丝粒断片作细胞遗传剂量测定的问题进行了讨论。
