本实验应用kin-Com等速装置,对16名男性受试者髋关节内旋功能进行向心收缩-离心收缩交互的测试,以分析其测试的可靠性。通过不同往复运动次数(4次和6次)、实验后重复实验及具体收缩力量的分析等方式测试,结果为不同往复次数所测的力矩值之间无显著性差异,实验后重复实验结果无显著性差异,第1收缩环力量最低,第2次收缩环力量最高,其中第1收缩环向心收缩平均值与其余收缩环的向心收缩平均值有显著性差异,其余则无显著性差异。由此表明,kin-Com等速装置具有较好的稳定性。在运用平均峰值、平均平均值表示测试结果时,在一定范围内选择运动往复次数不致于对其可靠性造成显著的影响。在以向心收缩-离心收缩交互的测试中,牵张反射可能在一定程度上影响力矩值大小。
