Objective To understand knowledge, attitudes, and education practice of secondary school health personnel about AIDS prevention as well as the difficulties they had faced or will face in the school-based AIDS prevention education. Methods One hundred and eighty secondary school health personnel were surveyed in four districts of Beijing using a self-administered questionnaire in Mar. 2000. Results Among the surveyed secondary school health personnel, 44.4% were trained on AIDS prevention education, 97.8%, 97.2% and 95.0% knew that HIV can be transmitted by sexual intercourse, mother to baby, and blood respectively, and 61.7% knew that HIV can not be transmitted by using the same toilet. Forty eight point three percent and 53.3% knew that there is no effective vaccine and also no curable methods for AIDS. Ninety-eight point two percent, 96.6% and 67.5% approved of AIDS prevention education being implemented in university, secondary school and senior grade of primary school respectively. Sixteen point two percent answered that they were willing to work with the person infected with HIV in the same office. About 58.3% and 46.1% reported that they had talked about route of AIDS transmission and how to prevent AIDS from infection to students during 1998-1999. Sixty-six point seven percent and 50.0% said that the difficulties they will meet or had met in the school-based AIDS prevention education were lack of reference book for the teachers and how to manage education extent respectively. Seventy-seven point two percent hope to be trained on AIDS prevention education in schools. Conclusions The secondary school health personnel need to be trained on school-based AIDS prevention education urgently.

目的 了解北京市中学校医预防艾滋病知识、态度及在学校开展预防艾滋病健康教育情况。方法 以不记名问卷方式对北京市 4个城区中 1 80名中学校医进行调查。结果  44.4%的校医接受过预防艾滋病健康教育培训。在被调查的中学校医中 ,分别有97.8%、97.2 %、95 .0 %知道HIV可通过性交、母婴、血液途径传播 ;61 .7%知道HIV不通过共用厕所传播 ;48.3%和 5 3.3%知道尚无有效的预防艾滋病的疫苗 ,也无治愈艾滋病的方法。分别有 98.2 %、96.6%、67.5 %的校医赞同在大学、中学和小学高年级开展预防艾滋病健康教育 ;有 1 6.2 %的校医回答愿意与HIV感染者在同一办公室工作。在过去的 1 998~ 1 999年里 ,有 5 8.3%的校医给学生讲过艾滋病的传播途径 ,46.1 %的校医给学生讲过如何避免感染艾滋病。分别有 66.7%和 5 0 .0 %的校医认为在学校开展预防艾滋病健康教育时遇到的或将要遇到的困难是缺少合适的教师参考书和难以把握教育的度。 77.2 %的校医希望接受预防艾滋病健康教育培训。结论 中学校医急需得到学校预防艾滋病健康培育培训。

To obtain recombinant vaccinia viruses of gp120 gene of HIV 1 subtype B and evaluate the immune effects after immunization with nucleic acid vaccine for AIDS vaccine development. gp120 gene of HIV 1 subtype B was inserted downstream of the combined promotor of pJ38 vector. Recombinant vaccinia viruses were selected by using plaque assay after homologous recombination. Expression products were examined by SDS PAGE and Western blot. Immune response of BALB/c mice was evaluated by lymphocyte transformation test, CTL, quantity change of T lymphocyte of CD + 4, CD + 4and OD value of serum IgG antibody. Results showed that recombinant vaccinia viruses vJ38gp120 were obtained with reactinogenicity. Effect of rVV immunized is very good, the best one is the rVV primed and nucleic acid vaccine boosted group. Gp120 protein can be expressed in vJ38gp120 and cellular immunity and humoral immunity of organism were induced.

将HIV 1中国流行株 gp12 0基因在痘苗病毒中进行表达 ,以期获得重组痘苗病毒 ,与核酸疫苗混合免疫 ,评价免疫效果 ,为艾滋病疫苗开发研制打下基础。将HIV 1中国流行株 gp12 0基因片段插入到 pJ38载体启动子下游 ,经同源重组和血凝素阴性空斑筛选重组痘苗病毒 ,SDS PAGE、Westernblot检测目的蛋白。以重组病毒和核酸疫苗免疫BALB/c小鼠 ,进行淋巴细胞转化实验、CTL、CD4 +、CD8+T细胞数目及血清抗体等细胞免疫和体液免疫指标检测。结果获得的重组痘苗病毒vJ38gp12 0能够表达Gp12 0蛋白并诱导机体产生细胞免疫和体液免疫 ,具有良好的免疫原性 ,其免疫效果以 2rVV DNA混合方式为最好。重组痘苗病毒vJ38gp12 0
