This method is simple and fast and has been satisfactorily used for the determination of cobalt in cobalt-containing fine organic chemicals,such as paint drier isooctoatal cobalt and rubber adhesion promoter cobalt borate acylate.

The effective thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint are prepared by organic acidsaponification method in the paper.The process of preparing the effective thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint and the factors which influence of performances of the effective thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint,such as temperature,time and pH scale,have been researched in detail.The result show that effective thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint composed by isooctanoic,NaOH,CeCl3,200#solvent and water can satisfy...

The effective thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint are prepared by organic acidsaponification method in the paper.The process of preparing the effective thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint and the factors which influence of performances of the effective thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint,such as temperature,time and pH scale,have been researched in detail.The result show that effective thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint composed by isooctanoic,NaOH,CeCl3,200#solvent and water can satisfy the needs of the top grade paint fully.The temperature,time and pH scale effect the performances of desiccation for paint obviously.When the temperature of the studying is 81℃,the saponification reaction time is 240min and it’s pH value is 9.0,the replacement reaction time is 180min and it’s pH value is 5.5,the dosage of metal of thulium catalyst of desiccation for paint reach at 6.3g.

文章采用有机酸皂化法制备了高效稀土元素Ce油漆催干剂。文章系统地研究了高效稀土元素Ce油漆催干剂的制备方法,以及反应温度、反应时间、pH值等因素对催干剂性能的影响。结果表明:采用异辛酸、NaOH、CeCl3、200#溶剂、水及相应助剂为主要原料制备的高效稀土催干剂,其各项技术指标都达到国家标准,能够满足高档涂料的使用要求;反应温度、时间和pH值对催干剂的金属含量具有明显影响,当反应的温度在81℃;皂化反应时间为240min、pH值为9.0;置换反应时间在180min、PH值为5.5时,催干剂金属含量可达6.3g。
