This paper deals with current-type two phase HB step motor systems, which having the resolution of five phase ones at the same time. Through the design of unequal tooth pitch, the detent torque can be effectively minimized for improved operation performance. The stabilities of two phase motor systems can also be improved by control method.

回顾了步进电动机产品的发展,及目前尚存在规格品种繁杂,不利于发展的局面。提出应用电流型驱动技术统一步进电动机的相数,首次提出了分数通电状态数驱动技术,为统一步进电动机的齿数和结构类型提供了基础,提高主流产品的通用性,逐步尽量多地替代其它相数、转子齿数的混合式步进电动机及磁阻式步进电动机,简化产品的格局,有利于技术和生产的发展。
