随着工业技术的不断进步 ,气体保护焊接工艺越来越多地受到重视和应用。本文对CO2 气体保护焊丝品种中应用最广泛的H0 8Mn2SiA钢不同变形量的试样进行常规力学性能检验和显微硬度检测。分别对不同变形量的试样 ,经过不同温度的再结晶退火后测定铁素体晶粒和显微硬度。为了表示各因素对H0 8Mn2SiA钢冷拔加工硬化特性及再结晶规律的影响趋势 ,对试验数据进行了线性回归。H0 8Mn2SiA钢因含有较多的Mn和Si,合金铁素体有较强的加工硬化特性。工业应用的再结晶退火工艺以 6 40~6 6 0℃为佳。在以缩短加热周期为目的的工艺操作中采用 70 0℃或稍高一点的再结晶温度加热 ,不会使铁素体晶粒长得过分粗大
