The measures for decreasing olefin of FCC gasoline were introduced. Selecting FCC feed stock, improving FCCU process schemes, using FCC catalyst or co catalyst which have function for decreasing FCC gasoline olefin are the effective measure to decrease olefin of FCC gasoline. Etherification of FCC light gasoline and hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of FCC heave gasoline , or hydrodesulfurization of FCC gasoline are also the effective measures for producing clean gasoline.

The hydro-etherification reaction performance of loading noble metal HSY catalyst was investigated in the laboratory by using FCC light naphtha (IBP to 75℃) as feedstock. The HSY catalyst has the functions of selective hydrogenation of diolefins, isomerization of double bond, and etherification of tertiary olefins with methanol. The result indicated that the hydrogenation conversion of isoprene reached 100%, the etherification conversions of tertiary pentene and tertiary hexane reached 68% and 47% respectively,...

The hydro-etherification reaction performance of loading noble metal HSY catalyst was investigated in the laboratory by using FCC light naphtha (IBP to 75℃) as feedstock. The HSY catalyst has the functions of selective hydrogenation of diolefins, isomerization of double bond, and etherification of tertiary olefins with methanol. The result indicated that the hydrogenation conversion of isoprene reached 100%, the etherification conversions of tertiary pentene and tertiary hexane reached 68% and 47% respectively, and the isomerization of 3-methyl-l-butene converted into 2-methyl-1-butene reached about 67% under a reaction temperature of 60℃, a hydrogen partial pressure of 1. 5 MPa, a FCC light naphtha to methanol volume ratio of 10, and a space velocity of the mixed feedstock of 2. 0h-1. In the deep etherification of the hydro-etherified light naphtha by a catalytic distillation, the conversions of tertiary pentene and tertiary hexane reached 90. 6% and 61. 5% respectively. The total olefin content of the gasoline dropped to 29. 6% by blending with the FCC heavy naphtha, and the octane number of the gasoline increased by 1. 6-2. 2 units.

在实验室以FCC汽油75℃前的轻馏分为原料,研究了负载贵金属具有二烯烃选择性加氢、双键异构化和叔碳烯烃与甲醇醚化反应三种功能的HSY型催化剂的反应性能。在反应温度60℃、氢分压1.5MPa、轻汽油与甲醇体积比10:1和混合进料的液体空速2.0h~(-1)的条件下,戊二烯的加氢转化率达100%,叔戊烯醚化转化率为68%左右,叔己烯醚化转化率为47%,非活性烯烃3-甲基-1-丁烯异构化为2-甲基-1-丁烯的异构化转化率达67%左右。临氢醚化后的轻汽油经催化蒸馏深度醚化,叔戊烯总转化率达到90.6%,叔己烯总转化率达61.5%,与重汽油调合后,汽油总烯烃含量降至29.6%,汽油辛烷值提高1.6~2.2个单位。
