Based on a simplifying analysis, the flexural strength of steel-plastic slabs was proposed, and an improved method for slab-manufacturing was suggested. The tests predicted that the improved slabs occupied better bearing capacity and larger failure strain, and the calculated resulted ones coincided with the tests better. The failure of unimproved slabs was brittle. Either improved or unimproved slabs had only oneway bearing capacity.

经简化分析建立了钢塑轻质板正截面抗弯承载力计算公式,并提出了板的改制方法.试验表明,改制板的承载能力和变形能力均有较大提高,且理论计算与实测承载力吻合较好;未改制的钢塑板呈少筋脆性破坏特征.无论改制与否这种板仅能单向传力.

The theoretical analysis on the flexural behaviour of sandwich panel was made,and after improved,the panel can be used as slabsThe analytical flexural strength of slabs of this kind was in good agreement with the experimental resultsBesides,the tests indicate that the slab has good behaviour on strength,stiffness and ductility under the service loadFinally,the design and construction methods are suggested for the improved slabs in the paper

对钢丝网架水泥夹芯墙板进行了抗弯理论分析,建立了强度计算公式。进而改制成楼板,经试验验证,理论计算与试验结果吻合较好,且可满足常用荷载下的强度及刚度要求;同时对改制板的设计及施工提出了建议。

Based on experimental methods,the behaviors of the Ferro-cement sandwich slabs under impact load are studied in this paper.The tests show that impact failure of the unimproved slabs is brittle while the improved slabs have better impact resistance capacities.The study results by experiment may be used for reference in structural design or construction.

经实验研究了钢丝网水泥夹芯板的抗冲击性能,结果表明,未经改制的夹芯板在不大的柔性荷载冲击下即发生断裂,呈少筋破坏特征。而面层改用细石混凝土、按抗弯要求在板底增配钢筋时的改制板则具有优良的抗冲击性能。研究结果可供设计及施工参考
