本文采用胚胎透明标本骨骼染色法研究了46例受精龄为10~37周胎儿的足长、足骨骨化顺序和程度,结果表明:①足长随胎龄的增加而增长,左右足长的变化差异无显著性,P>0.05.②随着胎龄的增加,胎足从10周开始,跖骨、趾骨、跟骨、距骨先后依次出现骨化点,骨化点范围随胎龄的增加而增大。本研究为胎儿足骨的生长发育提供形态学资料,对于人体胚胎学、人类学、法医学等有实用价值。

Most textbooks on human anatomy and human embryology state that the appearance of the secondary ossification center(SOC) of the fetus is considered to be after or around birth.In our study ,while collecting the data on growth indexes from 346 fetuses in normal pregnancy with conceptional ages from 12 to 38 complete weeks,we investigated using B ultrasonography the appearance of the secondary ossification center and compared them in part with the anatomically observed data collected from fetal specimens.The results of B ultrasonic observation show that SOC can be seen at the distal end of femur after 29 complete weeks. From them on, the percentage of the appearance of SOC increases weekly, and it is almost 100% in 34 complete weeks.

国内、外多数人体解剖学教科书或人体胚胎学专著,对胎儿次级骨化中心(secondaryossificationcenter,SOC)出现的时间比较一致的看法是在胎儿出生以后,或仅比较含糊地指出是在出生前后出现。作者对346例受精龄为12~38整周的正常妊娠中胎儿进行了超声检测,测量记录了多项生长值和SOC出现的情况,并配合了部份胎儿标本56例实地解剖观察。超声检测结果显示,自29周龄开始,股骨远端有SOC出现,此后SOC的百分率逐周递增,到34周出现率为100%。

This study provides morpholoical data for the development of foot skeleton, which is of practical value to the human embryology, the anthropology and the medical jurisprudence, etc.

采用胚胎透明标本骨骼染色法研究了46例受精龄为10~3周胎儿的足长、足骨骨化顺序和程度,结果表明:(1)足长随胎龄的增加而增长,左右足长的变化差异无显著性,P>0.05.(2)随着胎龄的增加,胎足从10周开始,跖骨、趾骨、跟骨、距骨先后依次出现骨化点.(3)各足骨骨化灶范围随胎龄的增加而增大,骨化值与受精龄呈显著的正直线相关.该研究为胎儿足生长发育提供的形态学资料,对于人体胚胎学、人类学、法医学等有其实用价值.
