The seed protein contents of 1635 collectious of cultivated soybean (G. max) and 1695 collections of wild soybean (G. soja) in China were analyzed. The mean value and coeificient of variation for all cultivated soybean samples was 42.15±3.19% and 7.632% and 46.83±3.18% and 6.795%for wild soybean respectively. The seed protein contents of 1635 collectious of cultivated soybean (G. max) and 1695 collections of wild soybean (G. soja) in China were analyzed. The mean value and coeificient of variation for all cultivated soybean samples was 42.15±3.19% and 7.632% and 46.83±3.18% and 6.795%for wild soybean respectively. There was a nagative correlation between the protein content of cultivated soybean and the latitude orginated. The highest protein content samples came from 30-31°N region. As for the wild soybean, two high protein regions appeared at 30-32°N and north of 43°N. The characteristics of high protein content of soybean germplasm in China and its exploitation was discussed. Compared the protein contents of cultivated soybean with that of wild soybean at different latitudes, it was suggested that 34-35°N region might be original area of soybean.

The results showed that all parameters, weight gain, FE, PER, nitrogen balance, level of hemoglobin and serum calcium, ratio of organ to body, and pathological examination in rats fed with the "D" bread were significantly superior to the other kinds of foods but positive control group fed with AOAC synthesized fodder. Therefore, the studies of nutritional effects of those foods on human body should be performed after suitably modifying the formulas.

由已报道的配方试产的儿童食品中选择5种进行大鼠营养实验。结果表明,各组动物的体重增重、饲料效价、蛋白质功效比值、氮平衡、蛋白质真消化率、血清钙、动物脏体比值及病理解剖与镜检等指标均以强化赖氨酸的儿童营养面包的营养效应显著地优于其它各实验食品。由于阳性对照组各项指标均合乎规律地优于实验食品组,说明本实验结果可信。据此配方适当修改后,可进行人体营养效应观察。
