The effect of growing temperature, medium composition and pH were examined in shake-flask-scale studies to determine the optimum conditions of cellulase production in mixed cultures of Trichoderma viride A10 and aspergillus sp. xf. The optimum temperature and pH were 30℃ and 4.5. Starch (1%W/ V)and cellulose powder (2%W / V)were used in the mixed culture medium and inoculation of the Aspergillus component was delayed by 24 h. In this experiment, an increase in the three enzyme activities was observed between 4 and 10 days. The yield of cellobiohydrolase, endoglucanse and β-glucosidase were ca. 5%, 24% and 241 % higher, respectively, and filter paper activity increased 59% .
