Based on the design and production practice, this article proposes the calculation method of the technological design of sieve plate extraction column for liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization, reviews the selections of sieve diameter, open hole rate and velocity through hole, etc., in differ-ent calculation methods and solves the problems of liquid-carrying at the top of extraction column for liquid hydrocarbon desulfurization and the column diameter too big at present in our country.

本文在设计和生产实践的基础上,提出液态烃脱硫筛板抽提塔工艺设计计算方法;并评述不同计算方法对筛孔直径、开孔率、过孔速度等进行的选择,解决了目前国内液态烃脱硫抽提塔塔顶“带液”和塔径选用过大等问题。

Reduction of sulfur emission can be achieved via strengthening the desulfurization efficiency of the refining dry gas and LPG and increasing the sulfur reclamation of the sulfur recovery unit. Minimization of NH 3 N discharge can be realized through strengthening the steam stripping efficiency of sour water and improving the performance of the wastewater biological treatment facilities.Decreasing the generation and disposal amount of caustic sludge can be accomplished by adopting cleaner technologies and recycling...

通过提高干气和液态烃的脱硫效果及提高酸性气体的硫回收率来控制大气的硫污染 ;通过加强废水汽提效果和完善污水处理场生化处理设施 ,控制外排废水氨氮总量 ;通过采用清洁工艺和碱渣回用来减少碱渣产生量和处理量 ;用焦炭塔处理“三泥”来解决“三泥”出路
