Experimental study on wear of impeller blades has been performed based on weight-loss method. From experiments the relationship of the wear of blades with the design parameters of impellers,the rotation speed,and the concentration of solids particles have been obtained,these conclusions are useful for guiding the development of high-efficient and wear-resistant slurry pump.

The abrasion of the impellers of centrifugal slurry pumps was investigated using a two phase pump test system. The trajectories of solid particles moving through the blade to blade passage were numerically simulated. The weight loss method, coating method, and depth measurement method were applied to describe the abrasion intensity and abrasion patterns of blades. The weight loss method, coating method, and depth measurement method were applied to describe the abrasion intensity and abrasion patterns of blades. The relationship among abrasion and particle concentration, rotation speed of the impeller, blade geometry parameters, operation duration, and size of solid particle was discussed. It was found that the rotation speed of the impeller affected the abrasion intensity of the blades considerably. The inlet angle of blade obviously affected the abrasion intensity. The exit angle of blades had a slight influence on the abrasion intensity and strong influence on the abrasion patterns of blades.

在实验室条件下对离心式渣浆泵叶轮的磨损规律进行了研究,并对泵轮叶片间流道的颗粒运动轨迹进行数值模拟.探讨了磨粒浓度、泵转速、叶片几何参数、运行时间及磨粒粒径对泵轮磨损的影响.研究表明:叶片的磨损强度与泵轮转速呈5次方关系,叶片进口角对磨损强度影响明显,出口角对磨损强度影响不大.研究结果对渣浆泵的设计具有重要的参考价值.

The vane of a pump wheel in a kind of tank hydraulic torque converter has very complicated structure and requires high surface quality and dimension tolerance.The pump wheel can only be fabricated by casting process.Through component structure analysis,comparison of different casting processes and experiments,volume pump wheels have been successfully produced using CNC machine tool made metal pattern,ultra fine self-setting resin sand cores and traditional gravity casting process.The quality of the pump wheel castings satisfy the design requirement with casting surface roughness less than 6.4 μm and vane dimension tolerance less than ±2 mm.

某军品坦克液力变矩器传动轮中的泵轮叶片结构复杂,只能通过铸造工艺成形,铸件要求很高的尺寸精度和铸造表面粗糙度。通过铸件结构分析和工艺试验,论述和比较了各种铸造生产工艺方法的技术质量特点,确定了数控加工金属型和超细粉树脂自硬砂型芯工艺,并采用普通重力铸造方法成功地进行了批量生产应用。铸件的复杂流道和叶片的铸造表面粗糙度≤6.4μm,叶片尺寸公差≤±2 mm,铸件质量满足设计要求。
