This paper gives a kind of gear pin progressive mechanism composed of the planetary gear mechanism and the single groove rotational disk whose shafe is in line with that of the arm The main feature of the mechanism is that the rotational of the driver (the arm) is in the opposite direction to the follower (the single groove rotational disk) . when the driver rotates constantly and continusly, the follower ceases long time; hence it shortens the time position and raises the to rotate effect of production.

本文提出一种由行星齿轮机构,以及与系杆同轴线的单槽转盘组成的齿轮柱销机构。该机构的主要特点是主动件(系杆)匀速连续转动时,与之同轴线的从动件(单槽转盘)可实现长时间的间歇式停歇,且与主动件的转向相反。借此,可缩短转位时间,提高生产效率。 本文对该机构的运动特性,机构参数的选择等问题进行了分析、并说明了其应用范围。

This paper introduces kinematic analysis of planetary gear-geneva combined mechanism. This mechanism has a good motion behavior, it can eliminate non -continous anguler acceleration that appears when driven part, in ordinary geneva mechanism, stalls and stops, so that it can satisfy quick rotating. This mechanism may be designed with less location -rotating time (i.e small motion coefficient) and higher production ratio.

对行星齿轮-槽轮组合机构进行了运动学分析。这种机构具有良好的运动特性,它能消除普通槽轮机构在从动件起动、停止时不连续地突变角加速度,使之更适合快速转位的要求。另外这种机构还具有缩短转位时间的特性。

This paper introduces synthesis of some tkinds planetary gear-geneva combinedmechanism(such as AZi/n, BDi/n and BZi/n).Meanwhile,it presents kinematic-graphic,mechanism paramete table and mechanis m characterstic value table. 对行星齿轮-槽轮组合机构中AZi/n,型进行了运动学综合,附有机构运动曲线图,机构参数表和机构特性值表。这种机构具有良好的运动特性,它能消除普通槽轮机构在从动件起动,停止时不连续地突变角加速度,使之更适合快速转位的要求,另外,这种机构还可以具有缩短转位时间(减小运动系数)的特性,这个特性在一些情况下有利于提高机器的生产率,本文是文献[4]的续篇,所用符号均与文献[4]相同.
