采用X-ray、FT-IR、TEM及化学分析等手段测定了ZnO-P2O5-H2O反应体系制备的磷酸锌防锈颜料的组成、结晶水、粒度分布、颗粒形貌、溶解性、润湿角、比表面积,及其在醇酸树脂中的分散性,研究其化学物理性质。结果表明:该法生产的磷酸锌含有16%未反应的氧化锌,颗粒粗大呈砖形,大部分分布在15~45μm之间;其比表面积较小,在水中溶解度小,离解程度低,在中性介质中表现为一种惰性颜料;磷酸锌在水和有机溶剂中均可润湿,但很快发生沉淀,分散性欠理想。
