The method of describing initial in the rod is considered, distinguishing and determination of numerical value character of initial stresses by use of additional displaccments affected by it is researched in present paper.
Three methods, the tangential stiffness method, the original stress method and the mixed method, of material-nonlinear finite element analysis for the quasi-three dimension problem were described in detail. The finite element analysis program in which the three methods are included was developed. The discussions for effectiveness of the material-nonlinear finite element methods were made.
