This paper introduces a method using EMIF to realize SDRAM(MT48LC4M16A2 of MICRON)interface with DSP[TMS320C670],including configurations 、control register、the Period calculation for SDRAM refresh period,and the software flow chart.
Theoretically, the temperature dependence curves of Dy_(31)Co_(69) thin films have been simulated and explained with mean filed theory. We have calculated that the Curie temperature and the compensation temperature of Dy_(31)Co_(69) thin films are 670 K and 275 K.
The parameter M#max_balch termed as dynamic range with maximum number ofbatches, is defined for quantitatively characterizing the enhancement in storagecapacity of batch thermal-fixing scheme for multiple holographic storage. Another parameter, M#ejf, termed as effective dynamic range is proposed to evaluate system'sstorage ability, and hereby the effective dynamic range values corresponding to the number of batches are calculated and compared.
