This paper established and perfected the experimental insallation and measurement system of ultrasonic wave property for rocks during the complete stress-strain process, earrried on the relevant experimental study, and revealed the change law of the amplitude spectrum parameters with stress (or strain). Meanwhile, the authors also conducted a preliminary study on the application of ultrasonic measurement technique at belt conveyor roadway of north wing in Baodian coal mine, Shandong Province. A set of borehole ultrasonic device with completely dry coupling was developed to get better coupling and more accurate measurement data as compared with those of water coupling situation. Based on the interrelations between the complete stress-strain properties of specimens and their wave properties, the structural properties of surrounding rocks, the range of yield zones, and the change of stresses within surrounding rocks when mining of a longwall face was across over the roadway were analyzed. Amplitude spectrum parameters were exclusively used to give better prediction on the physico-mechanical state of surrounding rocks.

本文建立并完善了岩石全应力-应变过程声波特性的实验装置和测量系统,探讨了泥岩、砂岩及灰岩等试件全应力-应变过程声波特性与其力学特性的相关关系,研制了适合围岩稳定性观测的新仪器——完全干式耦合钻孔探头组件,并进行了现场岩体声波观测工作。参照岩芯试件的实验研究成果,分析了受跨采影响大巷围岩的结构特征、塑性区范围以及应力峰值的变化等,从而为巷道围岩变形规律的研究和支护参数的合理选择提供了一条可行的新途径。
