通过两年对王林、乔纳金、长富2,秋富1四个苹果品种及M7,M26两种矮化砧木脱毒及未脱毒苗木进行调查分析。结果表明脱毒苗木生长量大、叶片多、叶面积大、节间长,与不脱毒对照比较分别提高了55%~l17%,19%~56%,38%~ll3%,13%~40%.脱毒与未脱毒的品种、砧木间苗木生长动态存在显著差异,不脱毒者多数无明显第二生长高峰;砧木的叶片数目增加量为双峰曲线,而品种为单峰;节间生长动态正好与之相反。通过分析认为,脱除病毒提高了苗木抗逆性,恢复了苹果对不良环境的适应能力。不同品种及砧木间生长势存在差异,其大小主要决定于节间的大小,单株叶片数量差异不大。

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of ethephon on winter wheat. 本试验在小麦拔节期喷施0,1000,2000,3000μg/g乙烯利。结果表明乙烯利可以抑制小麦株高和基部第一、二、节间的生长,有利于矮化植株,防止倒伏。但同时也影响穗粒数和千粒重,以致造成减产。在不发生倒伏的条件下,1000μg/g乙烯利可能减产10%左右,2000或3000μg/g则减产更多。另外,试验还分析了乙烯利对小麦籽粒氨基酸组分的影响,初步说明乙烯利可能引起某些氨基酸组分的变化,从而影响到小麦籽粒品质。
