本文运用数学优化方法,以低噪声为主要目标,对渐开线内啮合齿轮泵的轮齿齿形等参数进行了优化设计.文中阐述了设计内齿轮泵所需满足的各种约束条件,建立了在没有困油压力剧增的情况下,流量脉动率为最小的目标函数.实验证明,利用计算机优化程序设计的油泵与同类一般齿轮泵相比,具有体积小、性能好、噪声低等优点.
