A new method of extracting the precipitate from the microalloy steel is proposed. 本文介绍了一种从微合金化钢萃取析出相的新方法。该法的特点是以10%乙酰丙酮-1%四甲基氯化铵-甲醇非水溶液作为电解液,并在恒电流将钢样进行电解,可使100以下的超细析出颗粒不受侵蚀,保留其原有形状与尺寸。电镜观察表明:用这种方法和一次复型技术,能顺利地将析出颗粒完全萃取下来,可用于微合金化钢的应变诱导析出及其沉淀强化效应的定量研究。本文利用这种新方法对Nb-V钢中的等温应变诱导析出和析出颗粒的生长机制进行了初步探讨。

The observation of samples relaxed different time by TEM suggests that strain induced precipitates nucleate only alongdislocations and cause the dislocation movement to be hindered, but once the dislocations escape from the precipitates, these moving dislocations may provides new sites for further precipitation to nucleate....
