The changes in myocardial electrical activity and ultrastructure during coro-nary artery occlusion(regional ischemia)were compared to those during perfusionwith hypoxic solutions following coronary occlusion(regional hypoxia)in the insitu rabbit hearts.The results obtained were as follows:(1)During regionalischemia,the amplitudes of monophasic action potential(MAPA)and of bipolarepicardial electrogram(BEGA)were decreased(p<0.01)and the times for 50%repolarization of the MAP(MAPD_(50))and functional refractory periods(FRPs)were shortened (p<0.01).(2)During myocardial hypoxia,only the MAPD_(50)and FRPs were shortened(p<0.05)while MAPA and BEGA were not changed sig-nificantly.(3)Ultrastructural observations showed that,10 minutes after ische-mia,amorphous matrix dense bodies appeared in most of the mitochondria and thenuclei exhibited margination of chromatin.In contrast,10 minutes after hypoxia,the amorphous matrix dense body was only seen in a few mitochondria and thenuclei exhibited dispersion and sometimes early margination of chromatin.The results mentioned suggest that,in the early phase of regional myocardialischemia,hypoxia may be an important cause accounting for the shortening ofFRPs while the accompanied accumulation of metabolites and K~+ may be respon-sible for depression of conduction and aggravates ultrastructural injury.

在兔在体心脏上对比观察了阻断冠脉血流(心肌缺血)和阻断冠脉血流后用缺氧液体灌流(心肌缺氧)时心肌电活动与超微结构的变化。结果如下:(1)心肌缺血时引起 MAP 振幅(MAPA)与双极心外膜下电图振幅(BEGA)的降低(P<0.01)以及 MAP 复极达50%的时程(MAPD_(50))与功能不应期(FRP)的缩短(P<0.01);(2)心肌缺氧时只引起 MAPD_(50)和 FRP的缩短(P值分别小于0.01和0.05),而未引起 MAPA 和 BEGA 的明显变化;(3)超微结构的观察表明,心肌缺血10分钟时,多数线粒体内出现不定形的致密小体,核染色质明显周边化,而心肌缺氧10分钟时,仅在少数线粒体内出现致密体,核染色质分散,有的呈现早期周边化。上述结果提示,在心肌缺血早期,缺氧是造成不应期缩短的主要原因,而代谢产物和 K~+的蓄积则可能是引起传导阻抑的重要因素,并有加强缺氧所致心肌损伤的作用。

Nous avons découvert que, lorsque la tension artérielle est au-dessous de 40 mm Hg, nous observons frequemment une réponse anormale à l'adrénaline: il apparait, au lieu d'une inhibition, une augmentation trés marquée (200 à 300%) des décharges nerveuses sympathiques et un non-élévation ou m(?)me une baisse de la pression artéielle. La mort est presque la conséquence certaine de cette réaction anormale.L'élucidation du mecanisme de cette réaction anormale pourrait fournir des moyens plus logiques dans le traitement des états de "choc".

麻醉家兔一般对肾上腺素静脉注射表现为交感神经电活动抑制、血压上升。我们发现当起始血压低于40mm汞柱时,往往可得到异常反应:交感电活动不仅不抑制,反而剧烈增加,血压不升或则下降,但最后必然在数分钟内导致死亡。研究该异常反应可能提供一个治疗休克的合理基础。

Short-latency responsive units were the majority in SL neurons,but some long-latency units were also noted,Attenuation of the responses of SL neu- rons occurrd when the stimuli were applied repeatedly. The results showed that stimulation of SCN remarkably influenced the e- lectrical activty of SL,provided electrophysiological proof of the existence of the projections from SCN to SL,The possibility was briefly discussed that the two nuclei might be involved in jointly regulating one and the same physiological function.

大白鼠用水合氯醛腹腔注射作先导麻醉,然后用箭毒制动并施加人工呼吸。用玻璃微电极记录外侧隔核(nucleus septi lateralis,SL)神经元的单位活动及其对刺激视交叉上核(nucleus suprachiasmaticus,SCN)区的反应,用数据处理计算机作刺激前后单位放电的序列密度直方图。共观察了97个外侧隔核神经元,大多数单位的自发放电频率为1—15次/秒。在97个单位中,有82个(84.55%)对刺激视交叉上核区有反应。其中兴奋的有30个(36.6%),抑制的有51个(62.2%),反应不一致的1个(1.2%)。反应多数是短潜伏期的,但也观察到有长潜伏期的。在重复刺激作用下,外侧隔核神经元表现出反应减弱倾向。结果表明,刺激视交叉上核对外侧隔核神经元的电活动有明显影响,为该两核团间的纤维联系提供了电生理学证据。对两核团共同参与的各种生理机能作了简要的讨论。
