This paper introduces an electrical pulse-driven micromanipulator devised and manufactured by the authcrs. The precision of this instrument is high, producing a displacement of 0.5μ per pulse. It can be operated easily and it's stability is good. The physical quality fulfills the purpose in devising such an equipment. It can keep the tip of a micrcelectrode stable in a cell for several hours without penetrating the cell. Thus, this instrument is a valuable tool for research in the cellular level.

本文介绍作者等协作试制的步进式微操纵仪。该仪器精密度高、稳定性好、操作简单、物理性能达到设计要求,可将微电极长时间插入蒲肯野纤维内记录电活动而不穿破细胞。因此是细胞水平研究工作的一个精密工具。

本文论证了以50~100MΩ的玻璃微电极引导单细胞跨膜电位。可达到基本不干扰细胞电活动的要求。 将作者提出的“新型JFET超高阳抗放大器原理”应用于微电极放大器的设计,可比同样条件下JFET跟随器输入阻抗Zin提高千倍,漏泄电流Iin降低百倍,其它参数也有显著提高。 本放大器配25MΩ微电极的心肌细胞动作电位的计算机连续检测表明:动作电位名项指标高度精确和稳定。而配50~100MΩ微电极,得到了神经细胞胞内自发放电稳定数小时,心肌细胞动作电位稳定达10小时的记录。且波形和幅值均达理想程度。

In this paper the signal average processing method was used. Why this method can inhibit the noise and interference was analyzed. We success fully recorded the spinal SEP from the body surface of rabbits. The Waveform of the rabbit spinal SEO consists of three peaks. The origin of the first peak was discussed. We think that the first peak may represent the reflex electrical activities in the spinal cord.
