In the climacteric Laiyang pear (Pyrus bretschneider Rehd) fruit, the ethyleneproduction of discs in 12 h-incubation period was decreased by decreasing concentra-tion of O_2 in the incubation atmosphere from 21% (air) and ACC content in discsincreased correspondingly. When the discs were returned to air after 12 h-treat-ment, ethylene production rose again, even higher than before the treatment andcorresponded to the ACC content in discs, except the treatment of 0% O_2. According to the resistant diffetence of main pear cultivars to pear rust caused by Gymnosporangium haraeanum and their mathematical analysis of spatiat pattern revealed that cultivar Dangshansu pear was the most susceptibility,cultivar Mingyue pear was second,whereas,the cultivar Kaihua pear and Kangde pear were resistant to pear rust;the pear rust was collective distribution in susceptibility cultivars,and Kaihua pear (resistant cultivar) was also collective distribution,but the pear rust was even distribution...

安徽梨主栽品种对锈病的抗性差异分析结果显示,最为感病的是砀山酥梨,其次为明月、大青皮.莱阳梨居中.较抗病的是开桦梨和康德梨.感病品种锈病在大田中呈聚集分布.抗病品种开桦梨也属聚集分布,而康德梨和莱阳梨锈病在田间为均匀分布.树上病情分布格局分析结果显示,无论感病或抗病品种均为聚集分布.
