Study indicates that, for a helical spring, the feature of the horizontal spring stiffness is different from that of the vertical spring stiffness. Neglecting these features the Kinetic unstability of the vibrating screen will occur and bring about certain favourable sequence. In addition, theoretical analysis indicatet tgatif we expect that the motive locus of a vibrating screen keep regularity, the better ratio of L/D is within 1.45 and in order to increase the motional stability of a vibrating screen the horizontal spring rigidity should be decreased.

本文根据振动筛工作弹簧的实际受载情况,分析了工作弹簧的变形过程,以及筛机振动运动不稳定的原因。研究结果表明:螺旋弹簧的横向刚度具有与纵向刚度完全不问的特性。忽视这一特性,将会导致筛机运动的不稳定性,并带来不良后果。要使筛机运动轨迹保持恒稳,螺旋弹簧的细长比L/D最好是在1.45范围内。

本文对双排扣件式钢管脚手架结构进行了一阶弹性稳定分析,采用实验与计算对比方法确定扣件连接对脚手架的横向刚度影响系数,通过整架加荷实验验证,理论分析与实验结果吻合较好。分析了影响脚手架工作的各主要因素,为脚手架结构的实际工作提供了一些明确的概念,可作为规范确定脚手架计算方法的依据。

For making rational calculation of dynamic finite element to the whole structures that contain suspended system in engineering, based on the fundamental principle of finite element methods, stiffness equation and equivalent shearing stiffness matrix are derived. Finally, the dynamic property of the free suspended systems is studied.
