Considering the tie-lines' transient stability constraints and based on leading generators and lagging generators, a method of calculating maximum transmission capability of tie-line is presented. Considering the tie-lines' transient stability constraints and based on leading generators and lagging generators, a method of calculating maximum transmission capability of tie-line is presented. Firstly, the moment to distinguish the leading generators from lagging generators is determined; then the generating units in receiving network and ones in sending network are sequenced respectively after the fault occurs on tie-line to find out the leading generators and lagging generators; finally the active power output of generators are changed by constant step length method and dichotomy to solve the ultimate maximum transmission capability of tie-line when the transient stability constraints are considered. The proposed method is simple and can avoid the heavy calculation amount while the transient stability constraints are considered. It is tested on two example systems and the results show that it is effective.

提出了一种基于领先、落后机群的考虑暂态稳定约束的联络线最大传输功率计算方法。首先确定区分机组群的时刻,然后对系统发生故障后的送电网机组和受电网机组分别进行排序,找出领先机群和落后机群,最后用等步长法和二分法改变机组的有功出力,以求出考虑暂态稳定约束的联络线最大传输功率。该方法计算简单,较好地避免了考虑暂态稳定约束后计算负担过重的问题。在两个算例系统上对文中提出的方法进行的实际测试验证了其有效性。
