研究了110、220kV城网GIS中ZnO避雷器的配置和接线方式.结果表明:1)线路入口避雷器应布置在侵入波前沿,并采用V形连接.为此建议采用合成套ZnO避雷器悬挂在线路终端塔上.2)侵入波过电压水平随进出线电缆长度而变化的关系,因电压等级、网络结线、线路结构和参数的不同而差异较大,电缆末端及GIS是否需加装避雷器,宜通过数值计算和具体分析后确定.

吉林台一级水电站装机容量460MW,220kV升压站采用SF6全封闭组合电器设备(GIS),接线形式为单母线分段接线,四回出线。为确保220kV升压站防雷过电压保护设计方案更合理,运用电磁暂态程序,对该电站220kVGIS升压站在各种运行方式下雷电侵入波过电压和耐雷可靠性进行模拟计算。通过分析比较得出,在工程前期及后期各种运行方式下,该电站升压站设备在架空线路入口氧化锌避雷器和220kVGIS母线氧化锌避雷器的保护下,设备上的雷电过电压值均未超过其冲击绝缘水平,完全满足安全运行的要求。
