Conclusions It were effective measures for transfusion pollution to strict sterile manipulation and air antisepsis in confecting-room, to be more rapid confecting speeding, predigest preparing programs and adjust confecting ways.

目的 探讨在静脉输液治疗过程中出现液体污染的原因及预防对策。方法 结合本科实际和复习相关文献资料 ,统计两个月输液总瓶数 ,分别用 9号和 12号针头抽药配液 ,进行综合分析。结果 微粒异物污染的途径是多方面的。污染物有尘埃、微生物 ,有肉眼可见的胶塞及瓶颈玻璃碎屑、纤维等。针头型号越大 ,微粒异物越多。临床表现以发热反应和过敏反应为主。结论 严格无菌操作、加强配液室空气消毒、加快配液速度 ,简化配液程序和调整配液方法是减低输液污染的有效措施。
